I too have succumbed to the Vista allure. I don't mind new technology and I actually like Vista.

My problem with is with microsoft tech support (and I didn't capitalize microsoft on purpose!) It is the worst I've ever experienced!

I am glad I found this site, and I hope it will help me with future glitches.
