hi everyone. just been bought a new lap top with vista. i am not too au fait with it all yet. and i am sure i will be a regular visitor to this site. I am also a forum virgin too so please be gentle with me!!! Could anyone help me with messenger? The security keeps telling me that it has closed messenger to protect my computer!! I have downloaded and older version of it (8.0) but it still does not work. Please help        |

| Welcome to the VB Forum. Try uninstalling messenger... totally... reboot. then go to ideas.live.com get the latest version
