Hello everyone --- by way of introduction I am probably too ancient to be doing this --- but the tune keeps running thru my head " fools walk in where angels fear to tread"  I have received a new computer with Vista Home Premium installed. I have had the same old computer for about 7 years with ME on it. Talk about going from the frying pan to the fire.! Whether or not this is the forum for me is something I think you Moderators should decide. My questions will no doubt be quite stupid --- so far I am, at best, just managing to stumble about in Vista. So having said all of that ---- please advise --- is this a forum for a neophyte? If not I will move along and thank you for allowing me to join. I should add --- I live on the coast of Maine -- about 165 feet above the high tide line.  LOL      |

| Welcome DaBear, Loved my visit up to Maine last summer. This forum is great for everyone wanting to know more about computers (particularly Vista). Just remember, we have all been where you are at one time or another, so we are glad to help in any way that we can. Skelly |

Other wise your about the same as I was when I was sent to Rhode Island, at this nice looking (cafe) Restaurant ...(I'm from Kansas - where we eat cows), thank God the waitress laughed and showed me a table, with a GREAT Cover that had instructions. "Who to Eat a Lobster" 1. 2. 3. so forth and even about the little green thing... "Welcome to Vista Babble"..
