Lightbulb Delay in opening .wma or .mp3 files

Hey everyone...

When I purchased my new computer, I noticed that I when I went to play media files, either from an email or from the web, opening them too considerably longer than they used to. I started playing around with the sound in the control panel and the following seems to have fixed the issue:

1) Go to the Control Panel and open the Sound properties:

2) Click on the Enhancements tab

3) Click the box that says: "Disable all Enhancements"
Press OK 2 times to exit.

This should fix the issue.....media files should open up without a delay now.

It worked for me!
