Tweaks You May Want to Try?

Many of us have looked for reliable Services tweaks (i.e., turn offs). I ran across an interesting list of possibilities. I have inquired about their source, but have not heard back yet. Use them at your own risk; here they are: http://thevistageeks.com/forums/inde...topic=1660&hl=.

Great Sean. Thanks much for the info.

I am thinking of trying them and using PassMark to see if I can pick up a performance difference. Do you have a network? I am a bit concerned about what the poster said about networks, but I have not done any real investigation yet. We have 5 machines networked including an OS X and two XP's. The network works perfectly, and I don't want to foul something up. But, presumably fixing things would just involve turning the pertinent service(s) back on.
