Josh, get the most you can get for the price you can afford. If there's any ONE thing I'd get before anything else, it's lotsa RAM. Second most important would be video card that supports everything Vista has to offer. Everything after that is gravy, imo.

| Follow Dazzlin advice, plus get the one with the large screen 15" instead of 14". Also, most laptops comes with a standard battery, instead, get one with a premium battery. The laptop will run much longer when not connected to an electrical outlet. |

| thats the one josh! i think its far better value than your dell options, but at the end of the day its your decision. What it all balls down to is what you use your computer for, if you use it for light office/student work you may as well save a few hundred pounds/dollars (for my American friends) i know how much of a pain in the backside buying and getting the right machine is, so best of luck and i hope i can help as much as i can.Also anyone is welcome to get me one of those chairs for Christmas, there only £200! ![]() |
