How? Where? I am tired of seeing the popup telling my computer is not secure cuz of settings in parental control. It wont let me turn it off without creating another user (thats dumb)

| Simply says " your computer is not secure and to go to security center to correct" everything there in the green with the exception of parental control. In order to turn off it tells me I must have another user ( as I am the administrator). It's not a big deal Znod , just another little pain.
