I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but Vista will not allow me to access certain files, saying "You'll need to prodive administrator permission to copy to this folder," although I am the administrator. Other times, which is really annoying, windows will pop up asking for administrative permission. Is there something I can do to stop this or is this normal? |

| You can turn UAC off by going Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn User Access Control On or Off. I am not sure I would do so though; it's a pretty good security feature. Also, once you turn it off you still may have to give yourself full permissions on and take ownership of some folders occasionally.
