It is "hidden" and it is "certified" it is Windows. It is NOT a Trojan called PCTattletale and it is your Windows Vista loader.... DO NOT REMOVE.. it is not Winload.exe. Just a warning...and many spyware, malware scanners are telling you to DELETE it..
