| Any kind of installation can foul up a computer, but I haven't seen any major problems with installing IE7. And it can always be uninstalled if there's a problem.

| How do I uninstall IE7 from Vista (Ultimate) in order to re-install it from it's webpage. I keep getting the message that it can't load it's #gen_toolbar# configuration file. It says to re-install the toolbar but I'm at a loss as to how do do it... |

| Aree you using a Yahoo toolbar by any chance or some other add-in toolbar? If that's the case you should be able to delete the toolbar from the Control Panel Uninstall Programs utility.
