A couple of weeks ago, I had an issue with IE7. When I clicked on the icon, nothing would happen. Didn't matter where I tried to open it, I couldn't open it.

I was already on a support case with MS support and they do not like you to heap another problem on them whilst they are in the middle of another one.

I also had a weird problem with Windows not shutting down. It would say shutting down forever and never shut down.

Because it was still a pretty fresh install on this PC, I removed Vista and did a clean install. That is how I repaired these two issues..
