Hi All. I recently partitioned my HD so had to reload Vista64.
I had to reload lots of stuff, as one does, but I am left with one problem: I have no sound even though I have reloaded the driver. I have a M2N-MX m/board with Nvidia MCP61P chipset. I remember when I originally loaded vista that I was given a site to download the file needed to activate sound but sadly I don't have a record. Can anyone help solve my dilemma?

I would try first going to the manufacturer's site to see if their support downloads help. What sound card do you have?

Have you restarted your system since reinstalling the driver? Some drivers require a restart to function properly.
