16 Autoupdates = 1 BSOD

Last nite, I was notified that I had 16 updates, which I normally wait until bed time, then click auto install then shutdown...
Woke this morning with a nice Big BSOD with "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER" ERROR.
I reviewed every notice that was listed... none could be found..
there was NO FAILED NOTICES, any where. The reports were to be written were to be located at:
User/Snuffy/AppData/local/Temp/WER59ED.tmp.Version.txt and WER-99593_OS.sysdata.xml
None of these Files could be located... Then during my normal clean and defrag... I found the USB Driver ERROR actually related to - the updates had turned off 4 HD's. and placed ea in OffLine status and rated as UNSAFE...( again responce was - If you had used any USB device -Yes, I have 2 devices (1=USB MFC) (2=USB Ready Boost device.)
OK, the error was "something in the removed/stopped ReadyBoost drive had corrulated to being used in the 4 HD's. and since the momory was not purged correctly-the HDD's were de-activated and marked unsafe...

Solution: open Disk management and if you have a small yellow marker in reference to a HD click reactivate it then Defrag it... it will then be marked as HEALTHY.
This is one of the undocumented problems with using USB ReadyBoost devices .. that once in a while, when you stop to remove the memory dump is not complete. and therefore until a reboot is performed you have a chance of BSOD..(my first in this related BUGCODE_USB_Driver.) Have been trying to find the solution all day... and the WHY did it happen.
