Suddenly my VIDEO downloads are VERY slow, BUT my IP speed is still high. Could this be a Vista issue, since I just intalled an optional nVidia update. I doubt it, but thought I would ask. The IP (Time Warner) says that they are having issues and it is possible to stream at close to 15K and still get 250Kbps video downloads. They have engineers address in the issues, etc. Does this make sense? Thanks!

It's very possible that the issue is with TWC and not Vista. Give TWC time to fix the issue. Ask them how long it will take.

Thanks Felix! That is what I thought, BUT as you know: Never say never aout an error/glitch that I may not be aware of at this point.

No problem. I used TWC before and they are very reliable, but every now and then an upgrade or a glitch with their servers can cause slow connection. It used to be an issue when too many users were online at about the same time, like from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, but that's a thing of the past now.
