felix8406 will become famous soon enough

Before you go out and get a new system, and since it appears that you are running out of choices, why not try installing XP and then upgrading to Vista. I know is time consuming, but you may spend more time chasing your current problem. A clean install of Vista should work better than an upgrade, but the only way to find out is trying.

another question then, are all the drivers for your devices Vista Default (WDDM) or have you used any drivers for the manufacture on any of your devices?
only on your devices that are not (WDDM) from MS fjor Vista... delete them and let Vista install the DEFAULT drivers... this should clear one of your 4 error codes.

Which driver did you use for the SCSI CD Rom. "LK1041D FGC046K SCSI CdRom Device [CD-ROM drive]"

via MS (about SCSI CD roms): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/126380

The only drivers i used other than the default windows drivers are ATI Display, Catalyst, and Realtek Network and Realtek Ac'97. I checked all of them and they said on the website they are all compatible with vista.
I have no idea what the heck is LK1041D FGC046K SCSI CdRom Device [CD-ROM drive] and how it got there so i unistlled it.

Just because the manufacture says they are compatible with Vista is NO REASON they can not be the problem.....I suggest you delete them and install the Vista Default ones... There are many posts all over that NVidia Drivers are causing many problems... use the ones recommended by MS - called (WDDM). There are also problems which create different (FAKE items) in your system... unlisting them will not solve the issue... REMOVING the program which caused the problem is the FIX.. (how do you know which program it is... remove them one at a time... rebooting after you remove one, when the problem goes away -THAT PROGRAM last removed is the PROBLEM).
MagicISO and ULtraISO both caused a FAKE CD ROM to be installed on my system. REMOVING them and the FAKE CD Rom went away...
