I was able to rip music from my cd's in Win. Media. However, when I try to burn them to a cd, the "Burn CD" button is grayed out. Does anyone know why this might be? I have a Toshiba Sat A135 Vista Basic laptop. Thank you in advance. Also, returning to this forum I notice an annoying pop-up of Verizen....I'm supposed to have a pop-up guard handle this. When did this appear on this site? |

| I'm not sure what you refer to as the "Burn CD" button. When you go to the 'Burn" tab, a display on the right pane tells you to drag files to that location. Once you have drag the songs you want to burn, you need to press the "Start Burn" button at the bottom. I can't find a 'Burn CD' button.

| you might try this. open my computer -> open the CD/DVD drive with properties. make sure you have it checked as OK to burn with, or set to default for your system... ( I had to check with MS on "unable to burn cd's)

| Make sure there's no issues with your recorder; try using a free music recorder like Express Burn, http://www.nch.com.au/burn/.

| Thank you!!! I tried something different....I transferred the ripped music to Real Player and just successfully burned them to a cd. Thank you again!! You Snuffy, and Felix are always so kind to go out of your way to quickly and tenaciously help people find solutions to problems. Bless you!!! |
