I am trying to make a DVD using Windows DVD Maker on my Vista Home Premium PC. I load my files from my Sony cam-recorder and after burning the DVD I find when played in my DVD player there is about a two second pause in between each lot of flies (pictures). Would anyone know what is causing this and can it be corrected. |

| Well... I have never made one but I think your issue is that the DVD is made up of loads of seperate chapters (one for each picture). Because of this, the pause is the change between chapters. You may be able to change the 'time' per photo in DVD maker? I'll have to have a look and get back to you! crabby |

| Yes you are right , a DVD contains a number of chapters and the pause is I think when it moves from one chapter to the next, but it shouldn't be. I made a DVD on this PC about 6 months ago and did not have this trouble. That may have been before service pack 1. I am not sure, and of course I have installed all windows updates. I have Trend Micro anti-virus also. It will be hard to find what is causing the trouble. Thanks for you interest, and if you come up with anything I would appreciate it very much. |

| Did you try using no transition duration or 0? Tools > Options > Advanced > Default durations
