You might try start --> cmd (run as admin) type ipconfig /all

then copy the results... so you can read and review all of them...
It will also tell you if some info about the ROUTER.

I also have checked show icon in taskbar about internet connection.
when I run the mouse over the internect connection. it will tell me local only or local and internet. If for some reason my router looses connection to the Internet it shows local only... click the icon and go to share center... it will tell you with a RED X that the router (network) is connected but not to the internet...
if yes recycle the router.... ( you can tell this by the icon will have a RED X) means no connection from PC to Router... then yellow ! mark shows connected to router then the blue ord/world shows when you are 100% connected to the router --> to the internet.
