classic Appearance --> Advanced
scrowl down to Icons Vertical
right hand side enter -17 where the 0 is.
ok and close back to Desktop --> refresh

This method was prescribed for use in Beta Testing ... manually enter " - " minus any number with out the " - " is auto plus .... If you can not use this method you have a corrupt or missing file... SFC /scannow should fix the corrupt system file.
