hi folks,

i tried to uninstall a program called easy cd creator. but it wont uninstall keep getting a messsage saying that another program is installing try later--dont undersatnd why it is happening no other program is installing. reason for removal is a message saying that their is a compatability problem with vista.

can anyone shed any light on this issue

See it the program has a startup item in your start menu. If so, then turn if off.
