Anyone had this issue? in the past 3 weeks ive have not been able to sync my Zune on my vista ultimate pc

Vista "sees" the device i.e installs drivers (when uninstalled) and beeps when un/plugged in/out where as on my other pc (XP) it syncs fine all day long, it hasnt bothered me much until i recently purchase a HTC Tytn II (windows mobile 6) and the exact same thing is happening, failing to sync with vista works fine on XP Machine

Ive been told i may have disabled a service, anyone know what it could be?

Have you checked under Control panel - sync center ?
Also I think you sync it to Media Player.

UPDATE: I've seen alot of people searching for how to run Zune on Vista, long after Vista was released. You can run Zune on Vista, and if you're having trouble, go download the latest player software at http://www.zune.net.

So it is possible! Zune can run and sync on Vista. There are some minor quirks (mostly graphical), but it works.

I dont think you understood my query lol everything was running fine no problems etc, till 3 weeks ago when no devices wanted to sync i do recall stopping (setting to manual) some services around that time as well

Then I suggest that you go back to restart some of the SERVICES you shut off..
