The display brightness option in Windows Mobility center is missing! And the fn + f7/f8 is not working with brightness adjustment! Whats wrong??

HP Pavilion tx1000
1 GB RAM
nVIDIA GeForce Go 6150
Windows Vista Home Premium

When did your problem begin? Did you make any significant changes in your system about the time you think your problem began?
