Error Log

I'm pretty sure in a previous beta there was an Error log function which showed why a PC may have crashed etc.

I cannot seem to find this anywhere in the Beta 2 (it may have been renamed or I'm simply looking in the wrong place) anyone any idea where this may be? I've found the "Problem Reports & Solutions" but that doesn't seem to be the same (it's very useful for telling you why your pc may be performing or booting slowly though).

Any ideas?

Are you talking about the Event Viewer in Administrative Tools?

Hi Dazzlin,
No the feature I was pointed out in a previous beta (by Microsoft themselves) was an error log which was exclusive to Vista and showed a whole host of things relating to why the PC crashed etc.

It looks very much like the new Performance and Ratings Tools GUI but with the backend info of Event Viewer.

I'm wondering if I dreamt it now.....?
