Microsoft is trying hard to make LEECH P2P WAREZ PROGRAM "seeders" very much incompatible... the main problems is the ports you use, and the amount of pages available... you are violating that part... Vista has very few open pages per internet connection... sort of like XP only Vista has fewer...

Yes, most P2P progrms working in BETA's and when RTM came out, MS stated they were going to CRACKDOWN on outlaw sites (P2P) which caused a lot of stink... many P2P are legal. I switched to "NetXfer.." by XI..

Exclamation testing Tweaks for IE7

Not the question of RTM or not... question is have you allowed any upgrades.??? As you know all the major tweaks to allow or stop is contained in the registery...
Vista defaults settings are rather low ....
another question what browser are you using....
IE 7 is one of the slowest and hardest to tweak...
Firefox is (last I heard the fastest)...
and currently I am working on a very simply tweak for IE7.. and will not mention until I feel it is stable ... then will only advise that advanced users test for their use.

Some updates require you to reboot to finish the install..(failure to reboot) means more chance to have problems than not...
You can set to receive upgrades and pick the one(s) you want... and Front Page 2003 is Vista - OK. I use it all the time...
RTM means the same as "Released to Manufacture". It should also have the indicator of Retail..if you check your license.. and the license tells the difference between "Retail" & "OEM"..OEM is OEM whether you bought Pre-installed or ?from TigerDirect, EggHead, or whom ever...and Upgrade is Upgrade no matter..

Not saying your using illegal, but some versions that were allowed to be downloaded (had Malware, Spyware & other not needed) were not quite genuine "RTM" but close..Real RTM, OEM or Retail had BlueTooth included..plus a couple of other items... Technet and MSDN were about as close as you can find...and MSDN was different slightly than my "RETAIL" and my "Upgrade".
