I've tried searching but didn't come up with anything conclusive. Heres my problem: Last night at work, we have a wireless network there, I tried getting on and my computer said that it couldn't. I then Hit the diagnose why windows cannot find any networks and it said that that I "don't have a wireless network adapter installed and configured" Would the 6to4 adapter cause the wireless not to work? Has anyone else had this problem and found the solution? I'm kinda at a loss because I'm not really that computer proficient. Sorry about the long post also, I tried to get as much info in as possible. If theres any other info needed let me know! Thanks- Mike

| In the device manager you could try updating the drivers for the wireless device and see what that does for you, and is it a wireless card or part of the mother board i am not familiar with the system. Never heard of a 6 to 4 adapter. I just did a google search and it looks like it is a common problem just punch in MS 6 to 4 adapter and see the info you get

| I don't now whether you updated your computer lately but when I updated mine recently there was a marvel_networking update 88E5052-PCI-E-ASF which i installed and it stopped my network functioning until i did a restore to just before this installation and its back and working again so it may be worth checking to see if you have done the same

| I will do the search you describe. I have no idea what the 6 to 4 adapter is, but it is not installed properly on my desktop. But, as far as I can tell its unfortunate condition does not seem to matter. Here's read, but I didn't read it: http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/...ipv6/start.asp. I am too tired tonight, and it looks beyond me anyway.
