a very big list of programs that either do not work or have problems with Vista.....a few that work.. after reading many forums and problems. it is recommend that you UNINSTALL THE NOT WORKING OR PROBLEMATIC PROGRAMS.

A sample of some Listed:

Skype unsupported by Windows Vista
SCSI devices
WiscChat Messenger.
ACID Pro Version: 6.0
Adobe Acrobat Version: 7.0, 8.0
Adobe Creative Suite Version: 2.3
ArcGIS Version: 9.x
AutoCad Version: 2007
Autodesk 3ds Max Version: 9
Autodesk Maya Version: 8.0
Beyond Compare Version: 2.4.3

Skype works with no problem for me. Parts of the latest Adobe Creative Suite work for me with no problem on my laptop--namely Photoshop and Imageready.

Recommend the pages for Non-computer literate, who have problems or might have problems... Many programs work even if NOT SUPPORTED and only some are noted as problematic... Noted also that many sites which offer Vistaupdateadvisor do not offer the latest version...(version 1b is way different from version 3b), would be nice if everybody upgraded to the latest version... I found at least 3 MS MVP sites that had links to outdated versions >> but if everybody used the advisor and removed all the problems and Updating went SMOOTHLY.. they would not need to visit VistaBabble..
