| Here is an update on this question from the department head he says that worked on this feature see copy( recently changed is under searches) Well your not going to find anyone else who knows about this, other then myself since I own the development of this feature for Vista. These items does not have a direct impact on the indexer. These items are your "Saved Searches". You can create common queries that is used often and save them. The saved search queries are displayed in this left-hand pane. The one you see are preconfigured search that are installed by default. You can modify or delete these with out effecting indexing.
