Recently changed Folder

I am wondering what does anybody do with the recently changed folder can the items in it be deleted or is it suppose to be left alone for the fast indexing service. How about some imput. I have 522 folders within recently changed its on the left hand side of an explorer window under favorites might have to click more to see it, and its not recently views its recently changed.

AFAIK, I don't have that folder. Where is it located on your machine ignoring that you see it in an Explorer window?

Go into your programs files and open up Windows explorer and then on the left hand side in the Navagation Pane I guess it is called at the top i have Favorites list and under that I have Doc, Pics,Music and then more and when you open that you see recently changed, searches and Public and the rest of the Pane is filled with lower down the pane I mean is Like the Desktop your user name account and the rest of what ever is in you computer Doc, music pictures and the like I am really suprised thjat no one on a lot of the forums I have asked this question have an answer even forums like Technet and MSDN or Vista Forums. Try doing a search from the start menu I get 2 folders results at C: Users Administrators recently changed

Strange. I don't have a recently changed folder on either my desktop or my laptop.

You can chek the properties and they are nothing but shortcuts and shortcuts actually take 1k room ea so either keep or clean them as junk. Its no big deal...huuummmm 500 shortcuts would actually take 500k to store.
