There is no native support for wireless usb devices in vista. So you will require a card whos manufacturer has decided to support vista insted.
Oh btw... I know of no such company

Wire up for the moment?

Right ok... so first bit of possible help!

The NetGear WG111T Wireless adapter has been known to work with XP drivers on vista, however there have been issues where it disconnects after a few hours (then plug it back in and it works).

The NetGear WG111T is a pretty cheap wireless adapter and even has 108 mbps support!!

I'll keep looking....

Just wondering... your safecom adapter? Is it ACTUALLY usb? You see the model number you have provided appears to be a PCI card? (the P stand for PCI...) Or is the model number meant to be swlUt-54125? If so have you tried the new drivers from the safecom website? I have linked both for you:

USB:
http://safecom.cn/code/support/DMF.aspx?pid=318&pos=1#

PCI:
http://safecom.cn/code/support/DMF.aspx?pid=315&pos=1#

Try them first before you buy anything new! Also, remember to try to install it in xp compatability if it doesnt work! Either this will happen automatically if it fails the first time and if not then there is a thread somewhere on here which tells you how to activate it manually (but I cant find it right now )

Good luck!
