OK, first, if any body finds that some sites are "suddenly not available" check youR PHISHING FILTER.. The reason I mention, is that suddenly several Pirate sites, and Vista Forums are NOT AVAILABLE... ONE SUCH is called

Seems that some one added this site to a PHISHING SITE , there fore if your PHISHING filter is "Turned Off" it still blockes any site that has been reported as PHISHING... so to see this site you must 'DISABLE the PHISHING FIlter".
Turned Off just means it does not scan the url... Disable it if you want to "use at your own risk" Turn On if you want the site scanned.
Off is not REALLY OFF, Disabled is it does not work, Turn On simply slows browsing way down,..
