I am having some problems with my taskbar. I just purchased an HP desktop with Windows Vista and after a while my taskbar started acting weird. I would have some windows open and when I would go to minimize them or maximize them they would shift all the way to the left and are behind the start button. I can maximize the windows and they work fine but it is a pain in the ass and very tricky. Also all the icons on the right bottom of the screen disappear, the clock, internet connection etc. all are gone. When I click the start button the menu pops up but it is blank there are no icons to click. I'm gonna throw my goddamn computer out the window. Please help if you can. Thank You. |

| Ok yeah that is weird, never heard of this before but I'm gonna try and help you out anyways if I can't I'm sure someone else can. I think explorer.exe is corrupted (which is the actual GUI of Windows), maybe trying to open the Task Manager and reloading explorer.exe by ending explorer.exe in the processes section and then after ending it click on File at the top of Task Manager, New Task (Run), then type explorer.exe. Sorry I will look into this online but that is all I've got for now.
