Has anyone else experienced problems with trying to save a movie? With me, nothing happens (see attached pic) or either it shuts down saying it encountered a problem and has to shutdown unexpectedly. ![]()

| I don't know anything about Movie Maker, but maybe you can get some help here: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/Forums/Default.aspx. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

| Hi I'm not sure about this but something similar happen to me and the problem was that my HD was almost full try other HD... and also check you're not running other media creation like easy CD or something like that... ![]() |

However, the weird thing is that I have Nero installed on my XP drive and I have no problems working with MM on it. I uninstalled Nero from the Vista drive and the project saved with no problems. It's the latest version of Nero which is suppose to be Vista ready. Wy

| I had the same problem with Windows XP, It would never let me save or convert files. Didn't know it was Nero at the time, and due to it not working i wrongly dismissed using movie maker altogether, i have never used it in vista. |
