Thumbs down Vista thinks all cd/dvd's are blank

2 Of my PC's Running Windows Vista load all dvd's and cd's and i thaught it was just burnt ones, And today i tried a normal driver cd and a software cd and it just says What Would You Like To Do With This Blank CD. I don't know what to do with it, My laptop reads these disks fine, Ive tried 3 different burners in each computer all dvd burners and 1 dvd rom, And None of them will read the disks correctly, They wont even boot from burnt disks, Whereas my laptop will.

Maybe this read will help: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939052. It is as close as I can come to your problem and a solution for it on MS--so far.
