| I though MS was aware of the sleep problem and have since then fix the issue?

| I had this sleep problem once as well and was able to fix it by adjusting the power settings. First of all make sure you are changing the settings for the power plan that is enabled and not one of the other plans. Open power options then go to change advanced power settings and again make sure that the selected power plan is the one that is "active" click to expand hard disk>turn off hard disk after option and select "never" because this will shut down the hard drive even while the computer sleeps and that's where you get the problem that doesn't allow the computer to wake. Also under sleep click to expand hybrid sleep and make sure it is set to "on", click to expand hibernate after and select "never" click apply and ok and you should be fine. ![]() |
