I right click on start and select Explore; the window opens and I select a file to 'send to' my flash drive, it starts copying and then the "closing windows explorer" window pops up and the the pop up saying windows explorer is restarting and all it does is completely close the explorer. Whats up?!? How do I fix?

First off type in problems reports and solutions into the start menu search, open it up and on the left hand side click view problem history. When doing as you said and typing in "problem reports and solutions" it takes me to the internet and brings up websites that I have gone to with those words in it. It does this whenever I try to search anything. I have checked 'search everywhere'.
