hey i havent found any posts on this so here goes....iff u right click the start bar and click the lock task bar button ...then left click the start bar and drag it to the other sides (left,right,top) and drop it then reclick the lock task bar, and try to open the start button ( it dosent open for me )anyone elese have this bug...........

| Boy, I can't imagine how I missed that bug.  I am not sure that I want to try to duplicate what you did.

i started the disk and did a repeir and now it works like it is suposeto who knows
