This is almost embarrassing. But here it goes. My open windows are moving to tray too quickly. I must have accidentally changed a setting, and cannot remember which it is. In other words: I open a new window, and as I move the mouse towards it. Boom. It flies into the tray. Help. I want it to STAY UP! (LOL) This is IRRITATING. :-) Thanks! |

| Since nobody has replyed I will ask is it browser windows and if so which browser FF or IE plus this is a full window open and as soon as you move the mouse it goes to the bottom tray if I am being correct . I have tried everything possible in my system to do what you say is happening and i am stumped so far. I am guessing what is happening is the same as clicking on minimizeing to the tray.

| In response to Crabby did you go say into the properties of a desktop icon and change the run properties to minimize if that is the case as soon as you click to open the folder it goes right to the tray minimized. It should say normal window check it out.

| So it stays open as long as you don't move the mouse? That's stanger than flying crumpets! Do you have a mouse you could connect to the laptop? You could use that and see if it still happens and if it doesnt you'll know it's a touchpad issue.crabby |
