Antivirus and CD Burning software

I'm wondering what other users are using for anti-virus and CD Burning? I see that Nero has a new version 7 that is vista certified I just have been lazy to try and upgrade my 6. I'm using a Computer Associates trial for anit-virus but I don't like it because it shuts down on me repeatedly any other antivirus out there that works really well?

I like Avast Home (free). Others report good results with Nod32 and AVG. I use Ad-Aware SE Plus for malware.

I'm currently testing Norton 360 and i must say its fantastic! Norton products are usually resources hogs but this one is light compared to stuff like onecare. It even has a nice friendly UI with simple buttons. Plus theres an online backup service (something that Vistas built in backup program cant do) You 2gb witch is plenty for my personal files. So Overall Symantec Security software is back in my good books.

P.S
Who was it that recommend Norton the other day....well who ever it was THANKS!!!

I use Norton Internet Security '07 and Ashampoo Burning Studio 6 (couldn't beat the price at 14.95 when they had a sale on it, regular was 39.95).

Ok thanks guys I'm gonna have to check out the Norton I'm a loyal Norton user so I'll have to check it out and see. Is there a trial for 360 or do I just have to buy it?

NIS'07 came with a 15-Day trial, so I can assume the same for 360 too.

I remember the thread, but can't remember who right now. But, hey, now 2 in favor of Norton. But, why pay more than zero. Well, OK, you get a suite, but I am sweet enough without one.
