Hello guys, im always forgetting to logoff when i leave my computer. Everyone tells me to alter my power settings but i don't want to as i share media over my network and low power state modes can cause problems and also i want instant access to my computer when i sit at my desk. So to cut a long story short, is there an app or some sort of file i can make to automatically log my system off after a certain amount of inactivity. Oh and finally i am aware of the screen saver logoff feature but if I'm honest i am not a big fan of screen savers. Any help will be great Thanks!!! Pro |

| http://www.sbsfaq.com/Lists/FAQs/DispForm.aspx?ID=13 like I use Shutdown and Restart from script- faster than mouse 2 orb--> arrow to shutdown or switch or restart all files are listed in system32... so I'm sure link to c:\windows\system32\logoff.exe -t 00 = delaytime will work. easy to make review my post of 1 click shutdown or 1click restart or follow these super easy instructions.. last is Put a shortcut on your desktop to %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe user32.dll,LockWorkStation and make sure that fast user switching is enabled in Control Panel --> User Accounts.
