Been testing a new program (for me) from UK, called cFos Internet shaping.
It does work, at first it seems to slow things down, looking for ???? but after cFos get sort of stable, it does make things faster on DL and UL. Seems that every 3 to 5 days tho for some reason you will get 1 NDIS BSOD (reason 2 unsigned drivers) ... simply reboot, click normal when ask, and your good to go again. best I can see is it does allow for faster DL's about the 3d day... and when I retest the speeds (about the same time, same site, same program) my speeds increase from about 850 kbps to 1.2mbps - uploads about the same...biggest thing, is Yes, it does help on DL speeds but it also adds 61 to 63 sec to my start time...
I'm using v 4.01
