no i was looking for the utility that informs u on product recalls and updates and such...there was a dell Support 3.2..but thats not vista compatable...

i have done that..it isn`t listed there..but i know that they supply them with the new vista dells...and i really want it..

They must have improved on it greatly since 2.0 which was the last time I used it. I took it off because it gave me some problems and it was advised to do so in the Dell forums at the time.

As far as getting updates, you can sign up for email notifications which does basically the same thing.

well it seems it be best to email dell technical or customer support and see if they will give you link to dowload it or send it to you
