Can't this be used as a RAM disk medium, i thought that was a new feature with Vista, or am i wrong?

No, Gmail-Drive acts just like another hard drive in your PC. The feature you are referring to is called ReadyBoost, which allows you to use removable media, e.g. USB flash drive, to speed up your PC.

Hopefully you did not save any important files in it; I don't know of anyway to recuperate your password, unless you use a password hacker software. This type of software, which can be downloaded for free, can figure out most passwords unless you use a strong passwords that includes numbers and lower/upper case letter combination, and with eight or more characters.
