How many of these TWEAKS are actually dangerous and not recommended for the average person ...
1. over 50% do not understand how to use DOS in Vista.
2. majority do not understand QoS in Vista
3. majority do not understand UAC and what it really does.
4. majority do not understand "RESTORE" and why they should use it
5. majority do not understand why they should not disable FAX & SCAN
6. 70% do not understand "Run As Admin"
7. 80% do not understand how/why to Defrag and some tweaks show how to disable Defrag.
I could go on and on about sites that SELL or Offer TWEAKS that actually KILL your computer and tell it "Make it Faster,"
8. polls show that over 60% of the ppl do not use Firewalls or have Viris Scanners.
