Crrystal.net has some really cool Vista wallpapers, and you can search for Brio packs, that will transform your XP into a very good "look a like" of Vista, complete with areo glass and a Vista splash/bootscreen.

I guess it depends on what you mean by Vista wallpaper. Do you mean wallpaper that looks like Vista for those people who don't have Vista? Or wallpaper for Vista itself? If you want the latter, you can get Vista wallpaper here.
