The reason is your RAM needs to be 1GB... that's all I can see... btw a 300W power supply! that will need upgrading asap

Well... if, for instance, you want to upgrade to a new directX10 graphics card... NONE are supported on such a low power supply.

Simply too small when you start adding items that are Ultimate Ready..
like DX10 and Video Cards that have super fans, and Super Fast HD's,
I have so many STD machines come in that after 1 or 2 yrs with XP, the first thing I see is 250 to 300 watt PS... they simply are TWO SMALL..
Honestly suggest you install a (MIN) of 400 watts and (AVG) of 550 watts.
and Very Good 500 to 600 watts PS are only $25 to $35 dollars... (3 fans with lites)
