Very cool. My wife uses CS2 on a several years old, but reasonably capable, Gateway desktop. She thinks CS2 is OK on her machine, except that rendering is too slow. Were you using CS2 before CS3 on your machine? If so, apparently, you believe that CS3 is faster than CS2, other things equal. She has CS3, but has been in no big hurry to reinstall. Any thought???

I only used the full CS2 on a training course I tried the trial version pf CS3 about four months ago before SP1 RC and it was very slow so Microsoft must have made changes because now the speed is excellent.
I have an interest in photography and my wife makes hand made card she will be using it to create some of the background's etc we also want to run our own website on spiritual healing so we took advantage of the exchange rate and treated ourselves to the full package its far to expensive in england we saved over 1000.00 pounds buying it through ebay from America as we finnish the project we are working on with our new house we a whole new set of programs to learn how to use this will keep us busy for months but we are both looking forward to it

I use CS3 also!!! Got the "cheapo" student version of CS3 Design Premium. This incl InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, Dreamweaver, flash and Bridge.

I use InDesign and Illustrator more than Photoshop. I have copies of CS1, CS2and CS3. CS2 works on Vista but has several issues. Best to use CS3 on Vista.

Buster, you make a good point. I purchased CS2 as an upgrade from a Canadian website. They could not ship to Britain, so I got my sister who lives in Toronto to ship it over to me as a "gift". It installed and activated Even though an Adobe rep told me it may not work!!! Massive savings!!!. I'd reccomend this if you can esp with CS3 as the prices here in Britain and the rest of Europe are ridiculously high!!!
