Google Docs continues to gain popularity as an alternate to Windows Office Suite…especially since it’s free. | If you do a lot of traveling, or not, and you want access to your Microsoft Office Documents anywhere, you must take a look at Office Live. Not just it allows you to access your documents from almost any computer, but can open and save files directly from Microsoft Office XP, 2003, or 2007 and even Synchronize Contact, Tasks, and Event lists with Outlook 2003 and 2007. For example, I can open, edit and save my online files using Word 2007. I know I posted about this before, but Microsoft has made some new enchantments that are worth a try.
