Google Docs

Google Docs continues to gain popularity as an alternate to Windows Office Suite…especially since it’s free. They have added new features, which you can check here: Google Docs

You can learn more about Google Docs by going to: https://www.google.com/accounts/Serv...epage&rm=false

And again, this office suite is free and free is good.

For a quick, versatile and free disk imagine software you may want to take a look at Macrium Reflect FREE Edition. It’s WinXP and Vista compatible, image can be accessed through Windows Explorer, can save to CD/DVD, plus other options. And it’s free…free is good.

If you do a lot of traveling, or not, and you want access to your Microsoft Office Documents anywhere, you must take a look at Office Live. Not just it allows you to access your documents from almost any computer, but can open and save files directly from Microsoft Office XP, 2003, or 2007 and even Synchronize Contact, Tasks, and Event lists with Outlook 2003 and 2007.
For example, I can open, edit and save my online files using Word 2007.

I know I posted about this before, but Microsoft has made some new enchantments that are worth a try. You can go here to learn more: Start document sharing with Microsoft Office Live Workspace
