BT Suck

British Telecoms are rubbish!

First off they send me a massive Bill for £170, then when my router is on the blink they cant help me diagnose the problem because "Windows Vista is an unsupported Operating System". Plus there Internet speeds are slow and there call centers are half way around the world answered by people who can hardly speak English.

The point of this post is that if your running Windows Vista, BT Help and Support is totally useless. Microsoft have given the Months to get there products and staff Vista Ready and they simply haven't bothered.

If i had it my way i would ditch BT altogether, But its near enough impossible in the UK unless you live in a cable network area. Evan when you switch to third party's like TalkTalk BT still have the rights to your line.

I hate BT for another reason... their wholesale group screwed my Broadband migration and now I am stuck in limbo! I have yet to be transferred but my old ISP has had their line seized although I am still on their service... sucks

ouch, i think its terrible how we don't have a choice of line providers. They should not have power over ever line in the UK. Can somebody tell me the situation in the USA do you guys have a choice of Telephone Line providers?

You know what Josh one of the biggest regrets i have is leaving AOL, out of all the others i have been with i think they are the best. I tryed Pipex, Tiscalli, BT and Orange.

You don't know what you have until its gone my personal experince...stick with AOL at least your always connected with a good speed.

They have a Pipex advert on there site....thats kinda put me of them crabby as Pipex is the worst provider i have had. Maybe there nothing to do with Pipex but thats like Microsoft having a Ipod advert on there Zune site.

Pleas enote the title of their website... 'The UKs largets independent Broadband / ADSL review site'

Note the Independent? I don't think you should care about how they make their money to run their site... just look at their comparisons... they independently examin each provider on a monthly basis... they are good!
