Just be aware that lots of add-ons don't work with it. All but one of mine was disabled by the install, so I had to revert back because my FF add-ons are necessary for my work.

Other than login in to Vistababble, I haven't the chance to try anything else.

Yeah it will be a while before add-ons support Firefox 3, i remember the same thing happening with the conversion from 1 to 2.

Lucky for me i don't use many....in fact any add-ons. None of them interest me or improve my functionality. But to be fair i have hardly looked at many add-ons.

I do not use, but if your interested and reading about the newest beta that ------ well read it your self...

* Add-ons and Plugin version check: Firefox now automatically checks add-on and plugin versions and will disable older, insecure versions.
* Secure add-on updates: to improve add-on update security, add-ons that provide updates in an insecure manner will be disabled.
* Anti-virus integration: Firefox will inform anti-virus software when downloading executables.

Few things i can say about the beta:

Pros:

Its fast! The new rendering engine is spot on. Surfing seems much more of a doddle and images and flash content appear instantly.

New bookmarking system allows you to add tags and information to your bookmarks, giving you quicker access when typing in a site name or even a keyword in the address bar.

Cons:

Yet to support many web sites including my online banking service and a fair few sites that require security certificates.

The tab recovery feature is to sensitive, every time i close a windows with multiple tabs it restores them in my next session.

It's fast, that's for sure. The prompt asking for plugins is a pain in the back side.
