| it just slipped on my mind that i accedentally disabled my administrator account and when i switch my account to the standard user. i can't install new programs and also those other application in the computer. the computer always prompt me to enter the password of the administrator account that i know but the problem is that the administrator account is disabled and i cannot even type the password. can anybody encounter this problem too, how can i enter the computer manager without prompting me to type the password of the administrator. the only problem here is that i accendentally disabled my administrator and i cannot access other location that is protected by the security system. How can i enter the admin again? |

| So you had an admin account with a password... you have removed it but now the normal user prompts for the password? Have you read this: How to access the true Administrator account in Windows Vista and could you tell me if any of it applies? Thanks, crabby |
